Are you a digital marketing expert with a passion for driving sales, analyzing performance metrics, and crafting impactful campaigns? If you’re strategic, data-driven, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want you as our eCommerce Campaign & Business Manager!

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our eCommerce growth strategy, designing and executing campaigns that elevate our brand and boost online sales. You’ll work with a talented team and external partners to bring campaigns to life, optimize our digital marketing channels, and drive performance that aligns with our business goals.

 

Make an Impact by

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute effective eCommerce campaigns to drive online sales, traffic, and overall contribution.
  • Track and review campaign performance to ensure the achievement of key business objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and external agencies to develop marketing collateral aligned with campaign goals

​​​​​​​2. Digital Marketing & Optimization

  • Leverage SEM, SEO, and affiliate marketing to drive qualified traffic, improve sales conversion rates, and sharpen targeting.
  • Utilize multiple digital channels (email, social media, paid ads) to increase traffic and online sales.
  • Execute and manage weekly promotions, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and delivered accurately and on time.

3. Digital Sales Performance & Insights

  • Lead digital sales performance insights**, tracking and analyzing all campaign metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Develop a comprehensive insights framework to monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per order (CPO), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance with actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization methodologies to improve business outcomes.

4. Business Performance & Management

  • Drive overall online business performance by aligning campaigns with broader business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Achieve set digital sales targets while lowering cost per acquisition and optimizing ROI.
  • Implement business strategies that enhance marketing efforts and contribute to business growth.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Business Operations, and external partners, to ensure promotions and user experience (UX) implementations are accurate and timely.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

6. Promotion & Sales Initiatives

  • Execute roadshows, special campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives to drive brand visibility and online sales growth.
  • Ensure weekly and ad hoc promotions are impactful, accurately implemented, and aligned with business objectives.

 

Skills for Success

  • Proven experience in managing eCommerce campaigns and driving business performance, with a focus on digital sales growth.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and assess digital performance.
  • Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, and eCommerce business strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimization techniques to enhance sales performance and business impact.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.
