Join the Singtel Optus Product Team and play a pivotal role in driving the Internet of Things (IoT) solutions portfolio. In this role, you will manage key supplier relationships, lead commercial engagements, and oversee partner-led solutions to deliver innovative products to market.

 

You will be responsible for leading our IoT solutions portfolio to drive profitability and ensuring alignment with growth targets. Working closely with Sales, Product, and technical teams, you will enable go-to-market success, support internal capability uplift, and guide portfolio outcomes.

As part of the broader Singtel Group, you will collaborate across the Asia-Pacific region to align on solutions, vendors, and technologies, contributing to a unified 5G enterprise strategy and leveraging regional go-to-market opportunities.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the IoT solutions portfolio, managing vendor relationships and driving commercial agreements to bring innovative solutions to market
  • Enable Sales teams with the tools, training, and collateral they need to position and close partner-led solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of opportunities, from lead generation through to pilot, contract, and operational handover, collaborating across Sales, Product, and technical teams
  • Maintain clear financial and operational oversight, including order management, revenue recognition, and P&L performance across the full product lifecycle
  • Collaborate across the Singtel Group (APAC) to align on vendors, technologies, and go-to-market strategies, contributing to a unified 5G enterprise vision

 

What You Bring

  • Extensive telecommunications experience (12+ years), including strong exposure to the Australian market and vendor landscape
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, forecasting, and driving revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of IoT solutions and full-stack go-to-market (GTM) strategies across complex ecosystems
  • Strong product management capability, with a track record of delivering outcomes across multiple projects and timelines
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, shape emerging technology use cases, and translate market needs into competitive solutions
  • Exceptional stakeholder and partner management skills, with experience building long-term relationships and delivering insights, innovation, and customer-centric outcomes
