We are looking for a Senior Engineer, focused on IAM automation, enterprise integrations, and platform engineering.
This role is intended for a highly capable developer with strong hands-on coding skills, strong engineering fundamentals, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and development requirements. Prior SailPoint or IAM platform experience is a plus. A strong developer with the right technical depth, problem-solving ability, and learning mindset should be able to pick up IAM tools, enterprise security platforms, and automation frameworks effectively.
The ideal candidate should be someone who can design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions independently across Java, Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, APIs, and automation workflows.

- Develop, enhance, and support IAM-related applications, integrations, and automation solutions.
- Design and build reliable automation scripts and tools using Java, Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
- Convert business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
- Work on IAM-related use cases such as user lifecycle automation, access provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, access reviews, and exception handling.
- Build integrations with enterprise applications, IAM platforms, directories, databases, and APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual effort through automation and reusable components.
- Work closely with IAM, application, infrastructure, security, audit, and operations teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment steps, operational runbooks, and support handover documents.
- Continuously learn and adapt to IAM tools, security platforms, automation frameworks, and emerging technologies.
Skills for Success:
- A minimum of 4–5 years of strong software development experience.
- Excellent hands-on coding experience in: Java/ Python/ PowerShell/ Shell scripting
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, coding standards, design principles, and debugging techniques.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and design effective technical solutions.
- Strong logical thinking, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, web services, and application integrations.
- Good understanding of databases and SQL queries.
- Strong willingness to learn IAM platforms, enterprise security tools, and new technologies.
Good to Have Skills:
- Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and its key components (workflows, rules, connectors, lifecycle events, certifications, provisioning).
- Basic knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts, preferably CyberArk.
- Familiarity with AI/Generative AI, including RAG and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of AI fundamentals such as document retrieval, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge-based responses.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, analysis, and reporting.
Note: Candidates without direct IAM experience should demonstrate the ability to learn these concepts quickly.
