Governance & Management Cadence
- Coordinate and drive key management cadences including BPRs, CRC, CEO/CFO cadence, Board and ExCom meetings, as well as budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Consolidate, synthesise, and align materials across business units to support senior leadership discussions and decision-making
- Ensure strong governance discipline and alignment across stakeholders, deliverables, decision tracking, and action closure
- Serve as the central coordinator for CEO materials, ensuring narrative coherence, data accuracy, and consistency of messaging across functions
- Exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information and distinguishing between internal and external disclosures
- Lead KPI setting, tracking, and reporting for senior leadership within Digital infraCo
Reporting & Executive Materials
- Consolidate and prepare CEO-level materials for:
o Board and ExCom meetings
o Group Management Committee meetings
o Quarterly and ad hoc business updates
o Annual Report Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of messaging across all reporting materials and presentations
- Support the development of CEO presentations, key messages, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
Business Planning
- Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and in-year forecasting processes
- Partner with FP&A and business units to consolidate financials, key business drivers, and performance narratives
- Identify key risks, opportunities, and performance gaps to support management decision-making
- Translate business and financial data into clear, structured, and actionable insights for leadership discussions
CEO Communications & Events
- Lead and execute OpCo-wide communications and engagement initiatives including but not limited to:
o Annual leadership workshops and Group-level engagements
o Townhalls and employee engagement sessions
- Coordinate content development, messaging, stakeholder engagement, and event logistics end-to-end
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of communication initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in corporate planning, business strategy, governance, management reporting, financial analysis, or related functions
- Experience in preparing management presentations, executive materials, and storyboarding for senior leadership
- Experience organising large-scale corporate events, leadership engagements, or conferences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
- Effective interpersonal, stakeholder, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Able to manage competing priorities and deliver quality work within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience engaging and supporting senior executives and leadership stakeholders
- Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
