As a Transformation Program Assistant, you will play a pivotal role within the IT Transformation, providing high-quality executive support to the GM, IT Transformation. This role owns the governance calendar, meeting administration, action and RAID log management, and meeting pack coordination for key program forums.
What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of

Manage the GM's calendar, scheduling, and meeting prioritisation across various forums.

Prepare briefing notes, presentation materials, and talking points for internal and external engagements.

Own the governance calendar, meeting administration, actions and RAID log management.

Coordinate meeting packs and lead PMO implementation activities.

Maintain template libraries, embed standards, and train the program team on ways of working.
What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role?

3–5 years' experience in an executive assistant, program coordinator or PMO analyst role in the telecommunications or financial services industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple governance streams simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Atlassian tools for program coordination.

Experience producing high-quality governance artefacts for senior audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High degree of discretion and reliability in managing sensitive and confidential information.

A proactive, organised, solutions-focused approach.
